Improved usability
Our aim? To streamline project setup and make it more accessible for all users. With two demo projects – one for participation testing and another for results visualization – starting a facial coding study has never been easier. We’ve also simplified the recruitment links, eliminating the need for variables in recorder links. Now, experiment settings like the presented language can be adjusted effortlessly.
In addition, we’ve implemented a small but frequently requested functionality in the recording tasks. Now, the question tasks can also be used without a webcam recording; this way for simple designs an external survey provider is not needed. This not only saves money but also valuable time!”
New visualization and metrics
Our commitment to enhancing your research journey continues with improved group result visualization. You now have access to default layouts, highlights, and a range of new settings, including baseline calibration. After your project is finished, you simply select highlights to get an immediate insight into the relevant moments of your commercial. Meanwhile, baseline calibration helps mitigate the impact of individual participant bias on your overall analysis.
But wait, there’s more! We’ve introduced new metrics to enrich your analysis. Attention and responsiveness graphs can provide deeper insights into participant engagement. And with our revamped participant recordings overview, tracking progress and analyzing performance has never been more seamless.
